Beginning with a lightly floral aroma of blossom, the rhubarb deepens into a juicy, mouth-watering feel, leaving you wanting more. Blend it into sparkling water and cocktails, splash it on fruit salads, fresh greens, and, of course, include it in a chicken marinade with Herb de Provence-infused olive oil for the most delicious grilled chicken. Blend into a cream cheese frosting, drizzle over ice cream for sweet options, or even blend white chocolate mousse topped with rhubarb compote to complete the flavour. Our favourite option? Add to a French 75 instead of lemon juice for a perfect patio aperitif.
